Production and delivery
We’ll confirm the next steps and expected delivery timing. If a balance is due before delivery, we’ll email the payment details.

Lead time varies with the product, quantity, artwork approval, production and freight. Your written quote will confirm the expected schedule.

How do I request a quote?
Email support@discountpackagingwarehouse.com.au with the products, quantities and delivery postcode you need. Or save products with your requirements to a quote list, then sign in to review the list, add contact and delivery details, and submit one request. No payment is required to request a quote.
How should I enter quantities?
Write the actual quantity and unit you need for each colour or size in Your requirements. List each colour or size separately and specify whether you need pairs, pieces or sets. You don’t need to convert these into packs. We’ll check the details with you by email before quoting.
Can I enquire about other products or custom branding?
Yes. For a product without an Add to quote list button, or for logos, packaging and other custom requirements, email support@discountpackagingwarehouse.com.au with the product details, quantity and delivery address. Include any artwork or specifications you have.
What happens after I send my request?
Our team will review your requirements and contact you by email. Your written quote will set out the products, prices, delivery charges, expected timing and payment terms. You can reply to ask questions or let us know you’d like to proceed.
When can I expect delivery?
Timing depends on the products, quantity and any customisation. Tell us if you need delivery by a particular date. We’ll confirm the expected timing in your quote before you commit to the order.
When do I pay?
You don’t need to pay when requesting a quote. If you decide to proceed, we’ll email the payment instructions. Any deposit and remaining balance will be explained in your quote.
Where can I check my request?
Sign in to your account to view your quote requests and orders. We’ll discuss your quote and any questions by email, so you don’t need to keep checking your account for a reply.
