Does the Packaging Place have a pick-up point?

We have opened our first pick-up point in Rhodes. Pick-up is available one working day after placing your order online (Of course, we can also mail it to you). Our pick-up point is located at 16A Leeds Street, Rhodes, NSW, 2138, Australia.

Open: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm. Our online catalog contains comprehensive information on our entire product range.

  • For Orders¬†over¬†$29 but¬†not¬†more¬†than¬†$100,¬†Standard Shipping¬†within Australia¬†(excl. bulky items*)¬†- Flat Rate¬†of $10¬†per¬†order.
  • Free Standard Shipping over $100 within Australia (excl. bulky items*).¬†
  • Express¬†shipping¬†within¬†Australia¬†(excl.¬†bulky¬†items*)¬†-¬†Flat¬†rate of $15 per¬†order.
  • Most products¬†are shipped by Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics, and Courier Please.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • All orders are processed within 1 to¬†2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Standard¬†delivery¬†usually¬†takes 2 - 6 business¬†days¬†depending¬†on¬†your¬†parcel¬†destination¬†(8-10 business days for western states and remote areas).
  • Depending on your parcel destination, express delivery usually takes 1 - 5 business days.
  • Please expect delays¬†on holidays or during high-volume seasons.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For all return requests please contact support@discountpackagingwarehouse.com.au and include the following information

  • Invoice¬†& order number
  • Order name¬†
  • Item/s that you wish to return¬†
  • Reason for return¬†
  • Any additional details listed below

Do NOT return until you have contacted us and told you to do so. All returns will need to be sent to the following address: 16A Leeds Street, Rhodes, NSW, 2138, Australia. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please together email photos of the item. We will resolve the issue asap.

You do not have to pay the return shipping fee.

Return by change of mind

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You may have to pay the return shipping fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
